Kamiloiki Library The library serves the students and staff of Kamiloiki Elementary School. All grade levels, PreKindergarten through fifth, visit the library on a weekly basis to borrow books and participate in standards-based lessons. The library program integrates the Hawaii Content and Performance Standards III and the General Learner Outcomes with the national Standards for the 21st Century Learner, developed by the American Association of School Librarians. Hours: Students are welcome to visit the library before and after school every day except Wednesday, when the library closes at 1:45pm. Parents are encouraged to visit the library with their children and borrow books together. Check-Out Procedures: Grades PreK-2: one week check-out and two books maximum Grades 3-5: two week check-out and three books maximum Staff: Ms. Brianna Huffman serves as the full-time Librarian.
